About Me

God does have a sense of humor, after years of infertility, we adopted 2 beautiful babies, I later had the "surprise baby"! In the very spare time I have, I love to decorate, paint, and make all kinds of things. I do repurpose old furniture and custom paint furniture for clients. I work with all types of vintage items. I love to make our house a home. I like to see how others do it and share what I do also. Contact me at if you are interested in any products I have posted or if you are local to Atlanta and want a furniture face lift! Love your old junk again!

Sneak Peek Re- DO!

It is only Wednesday and I am already exhausted people! I am working to get a dining room table and chairs rehab done. (for a client). Here is a sneaky peek. I wanted to make this set look totally different than it did. I  really like how it is shaping up. I still have the table to do and I will show the whole thing soon. On another note, how bout that Australian Open! I love me some Joko! Love all the Grand Slams! I miss hoo for me....Someday, I will be back at it, maybe even on a team again ;) Someday....... In the meanwhile, I shall paint!! One more thing. Thanks for all the sweet comments yall leave. I really do always respond back unless you are a no-reply email, and you don't have a site either, but Thanks always!  Here are the pics. Happy Wednesday! Enjoy!

Before pic, You know I wanna paint over this!!

Annie Sloan Country Gray with aged finish and French doc fabric
I think it is a good neutral, this would literally go anywhere...Any color wall will work!

I had  fabric scraps left so I framed them in these shabby lil frames
kinda cute too...

Shabby lovey!!

Hi Beth, I cannot believe how much we are alike. Some of the things you have done, I have recently done and I love making up pictures and framing them, especially anything Parisian. Thanks for sharing. I have recently found your blog and am now following you, and will visit often. Please stop by my blog and perhaps you would like to follow me also. Have a wonderful day. Hugs, Chris

I really like the color that you used on the chair. It looks fabulous. And I really like that display that you did in the old window frame. Thanks for your recent visit and your kind comments about our home.
